Uphill New England (UNE) promotes easy, safe, and reliable access to uphill recreation across New England
The Uphill New England multi-mountain uphill season pass and membership provides access to 22 ski resorts across MA, VT, NH, and ME with a single purchase. Uphill means you skin or splitboard up the mountain using your own power (no lift access), then you ski/ride down. Some mountains allow snowshoeing.
Uphill New England provides a pass armband (for season passholders), a streamlined waiver, a mobile app, a WhatsApp group and several other member benefits. The app enables digital check-in at each resort and the ability to track your vertical throughout the season. Join our community of uphillers and help us ensure uphill access in New England!
Step 1
Purchase Uphill New England Multi-Mountain Uphill Pass or the UNE Membership Only product.
The Multi-Mountain Uphill Season Pass gives you uphill access (no chairlift access) to 22 resorts in New England. The UNE Membership provides access to the UNE App and WhatsApp group, tickets for our end of season raffle, discounts at several retailers, ability to compete in the UNE leaderboard, and two free uphill day passes at our partner mountains. Step 2
Digitally sign the Liability Agreement sent via Signaturely
Upon purchase you will receive an email to an eSign waiver. This waiver will cover liability across ALL participating resorts and MUST be signed in order to use the pass and access terrain. Your pass (for passholders) and day pass vouchers WILL NOT ship until the document has been signed.
Step 3
Download the UNE mobile app & Join the WhatsApp Group
Once the waiver is signed we will send you an invite to the UNE App and WhatsApp Group. Our app is used to manage check-in at mountains, as well as to communicate information about access/closures, conditions reports, special deals, and more. Our WhatApp Group is a real-time hub for planning meetups, sharing conditions, and staying connected with fellow uphillers.
Step 4
Go Skiing! Check-in with the App
Check the UNE App to ensure uphill access is open before you hit the trail. Day passes are transferable and can be redeemed at participating resort's ticket windows. Check-in every time you uphill via the mobile app - each check-in earns you more raffle tickets! Season pass holders will be shipped a unique armband that should be worn in a high visibility location while uphilling.
