Appalachian Mountain Club
The AMC provides group tours, uphill clinics and other fun events across New England and beyond (e.g. New York). Most events you do not need to be an AMC member. Select Skiing as an activity type in their search feature to see all ski related activities.
Bolton Valley Backcountry Guides
Backcountry guiding and instruction are available every day of the week all season long. The Bolton Babe Force will be offering Women-led backcountry tours at Bolton Valley, which offer an empowering and immersive outdoor experience for femme-identifying and non-binary adventurers of all skill levels. On select Saturdays over the course of the season, we also offer discounted Intro to Backcountry skiing and riding clinics at reduced rates that include N.B.U. tickets and discounts on rental gear.
Inclusive Ski Touring
Provides financially accessible group programs in order to develop an inclusive uphill community and offer opportunities for individuals of all backgrounds to try ski touring and/or split boarding. Includes on-resort programs at UNE mountains: Mt. Abram, Bromley, Cranmore and Dartmouth Skiway. Backcountry Programs on Mt. Washington plus a pilot program in Colorado! Programs for women, queer and BIPOC available.
